Please solve the recent problems in your industry.The problems will not help the zone's growth.So i think i can help u with some tips.
solution packet.
1. welcome new personals to the industry
2. Make good story oriented films and encourage melody songs.
3.Welcome new script writers, if possible.Give advertisement for scripts and u can choose better scripts.
4. Neglect the influence of other industry films, because u can nothing to do there's influence.
5. Family influenced stories are more flexible,
6. start the project after competion of ur sript.
7. Dont quarrel with each other and behave as a well wisher to lead the industry to its maximum peak.
